Order Process - how does this work?
Online bank transfers - Orders will not be processed until payment has been received. Once your payment has cleared it will be recorded on your account and the balance will be updated.
Credit card payments - Your payment will be recorded against your website account immediately.
Delivery times: Seed orders are dispatched from rural North Canterbury and delivery times will vary depending on your location.
Refunds and replacements
In case of non-delivery or unsatisfactory product please let us know as soon as possible and we will work with you to find a satisfactory result.
